Training.

By using Pharmora, none of the clients time is wasted up-skilling our staff. We are able to provide medics and scientists with the qualifiactions and skills necessary to carry out the required service. Any general training will be provided by us.

Not only are we upskilling our staff, but we also offer engaging training days, as described by our team below.

Our cascade learning approach

Each time we provide our services, our clients benefit from the wealth of expertise within Pharmora, and not just from the skill and experience of the individual(s) nominated to provide that service.

Senior medics and scientists support and train less experienced Medical Department staff who are assigned to client deliverables. This means that we can offer a competitive rate for a high quality level of service, including input and oversight from the more experienced members of our team.
