I am a passionate cell biologist and biochemist, with a PhD in Biochemistry. I have over a decade of experience in teaching and training and a strong background in managing staff, both in person and remotely. I focus on getting the best out the team I am managing for their own development and client deliverables. I also have a wealth of experience in quality and compliance, having successfully supported teams applying, receiving and maintaining ISO accreditation.

Previous to my time at Pharmora, I left academia as a Biochemistry Lecturer teaching and assessing students up to PhD level, including accredited programmes. I am still an active author and reviewer of high impact papers. I have also been the sub-PI on one of the UKs largest clinical trials, supporting day to day activities including staff, sites and compliance.
