Pharmora invests heavily in its staff. Our model is founded on taking candidates with relevant qualifications in the early stages of their careers and to and train them to Pharmora’s Gold Standard, as defined by our CMO Dr Stephanie Jones.
To this end, we have run several two day recruitment events for Junior staff during the last two years, hiring up to six staff on each occasion. We plan to continue with this approach to grow our team’s capability and size.
We also take on experienced team members, so we always welcome speculative applications.

The founder of Pharmora, Dr Stephanie Jones, is an experienced Pharmaceutical Physician with a background in global patient safety, having worked in post-marketing safety and clinical development. She provides training, supervision and support to Pharmora’s Clinical and Safety Scientists and to our Pharmaceutical and Safety Physicians. Dr Jones also runs external courses on many safety topics and is an experienced author, lecturer and tutor of courses to Masters level.
