Promotional opportunities

Pharmora uses a progressive career structure with nine distinct levels. Each level is attained through the successful passing of competence tests together with the demonstration of suitable skills and experience as supported by client feedback. Whatever your entry level, we will help you set a progression path with some targeted timelines, and provide clarity on the requirements to attain progression to the next level.

Training processes

We hire two broad categories of staff: Physicians and Scientists. Applicants may be experienced, or freshly graduating with a relevant degree or Masters level qualification. Our Chief Medical Officer is registered as an Educational Supervisor with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, of which she is a ‘Fellow’. We operate a comprehensive cascade learning, mentoring and buddying system, and provide a variety of work to stretch our staff and help them to achieve their potential.
