I am John and I currently hold a BSC (Hons) in Applied Biology and Post-Graduate certificate in pharmacovigilance.  I have over 15 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance and over 5 years’ experience as a Medical Scientist with Pharmora, working in clinical oncology (Late Development Oncology) and I am a member of the Core Study Teams in the studies I work on.  I mainly work on reviewing and cleaning patient data – including querying data entries, in the Electronic Data Capture system, for accuracy with site/investigator. I review patient narratives, tables and listings, blinded data reviews, etc. I also prepare and run monthly Safety data review meetings using outputs from the REACT (Real Time Analytics for Clinical Trials) tool.  Some of my interests include: badminton, walking and gardening.
