A seasoned pharmaceutical physician trained in medical affairs, pharmacovigilance and clinical development. Medical expertise spans all phases of the product life cycle, covering a broad range of therapy areas including oncology, anti-infectives, dermatology and mental health. I have experience with many product types including growth factors, cytokines and large molecules such as vaccines and immunomodulatory therapies, in addition to inhaled products, traditional chemical entities, nutritionals and devices.

Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry I worked in psychiatry, A&E and spent some years in paediatrics before becoming qualified as a general practitioner (GP).  I worked as a GP alongside my pharmaceutical work for many years.

I also have an enthusiasm for training and designed all of the Pharmora training packages. In addition to succeeding personally in several post-graduate qualifications I have been qualified as an Educational Supervisor by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine and have also designed and written, tutored on and examined for Masters level modules for accredited universities internationally.
