I am the MD of Pharmora. From 1993 I worked as a Chartered Accountant and Audit Manager for the NHS and then, once qualified in 1997, for KPMG. From 1999 GE Capital trained me to be a Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Leader. Five years at AXA Life as an Audit Manager and Master Black Belt Leader honed and enhanced my skills, and included qualifying as a Level 2 Financial Advisor. This led to a position reporting to a Board Level Director, and enabled me to set up my own Lean Six Sigma consultancy business in 2005 and, subsequently, to build a variety of other businesses, including Pharmora and its EU subsidiary, Pharmora Global Solutions. We now operate globally and I take the lead on Pharmora’s strategy and am accountable for Pharmora’s international back-office operations including Finance, BD, Admin, IT and HR.
